Policies
- Check out 11:00 am /Check in 2:00pm
- Maximum of 2 adults may occupy the apartment. We are not equipped for children.
- The apartment and surrounding area is strictly non-smoking.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to rent from A Hint of Europe.
- Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition that they find it.
- Once you contact us, your reservation will be held for 10 days pending receipt of deposit.
- When we receive your deposit for 20% of your bill (excluding taxes) we will confirm your reservation and send your rental agreement.
- The balance of your bill and your signed rental agreement is due 7 days before your arrival.
- Once we receive the balance of your bill, we will send you an individualized, electronic access code for the front door.
- In instances where reservations are made less than 1 week before arrival, payment is expected in full and in cash upon arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at any time up to 14 days before your arrival for a full refund.
- We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets.
